I am a responsible breeder and will only place kittens in homes that I believe will provide a life-long commitment of love and care, so any kitten or cat sold as a pet will be sold under the following conditions:
I will guarantee that the kitten/cat is in good health at the time of sale and the kitten will have been checked at least twice by my vet.
I will advise the buyer to have the kitten/cat examined by their own vet within a few days of purchase to confirm that it is healthy.
All pet kittens are sold as non-active and need to be spayed/neutered at 6 months of age as per the kitten agreement. Our agreements are legally binding.
I will provide a written kitten agreement that describes all the terms of sale.
I will provide the TICA registration or pedigree for the kitten/cat ONLY after I have received written evidence from a vet that it has been spayed/neutered.
I will encourage the buyer to contact me if they have any questions or problems.
I will not release a kitten until its 13 weeks old and has been vaccinated against Feline Enteritis and Cat flu. It will also be treated with Frontline and wormed.
I will insure the kitten for 4 weeks with Pet Plan and encourage all new owners to keep the cat insured throughout its life.
A deposit of £100 is required to secure a kitten however please note that deposits are non-refundable unless I am for any reason unable to provide the kitten.
The buyer will be required to examine the kitten for any signs of illness before it leaves as both parties have to be happy for kitten to be released.
I reserve the right to not provide the kitten if I’m not entirely happy with aspects of the care that may be given.
In the unlikely event that a kitten needs to be returned, a replacement kitten will be offered. We do not give cash refunds.
